After years struggling with painful, heavy periods that would show up at random, crazy mood swings and brutal side effects from birth control, I was determined to find another way.
I’m a believer in making things as simple as possible so after healing my own hormones, I knew I needed to make it as easy as possible for other women to achieve the same.
That’s my mission - to show you that healthy, regular periods, stable moods and consistent energy CAN be achieved in a realistic way.
From my own experience of trying to find the answers I needed to understand what was wrong with my hormones and how to overcome those issues, I know just how overwhelming and frustrating it can be. There is a wealth of information out there but it can often feel like the only way you can possibly make change is by completely overhauling your entire life - cooking every meal from scratch, eating foods you’ve never heard of and living a lifestyle that is, quite frankly unrealistic for those of us with busy lives.
My mission is to take away the overwhelm and confusion. To show you that you can, in fact, totally transform your hormone health (and your life!) in a way that is manageable and fitting with your every day lifestyle.

This is such a common worry, you are definitely not alone! Whilst each person's experience of quitting birth control is different, I will provide you with all of the tools you need to start to prepare your body before you come off so that the transition period can be as smooth as possible.
This is such a personal choice and totally depends on each person's circumstances. That said, we will chat through the different options in both Power Hours and 6 month coaching so that you can make an informed decision about what you feel is best for you.

My passion is empowering women with a simple approach to healing irregular cycles, painful & heavy periods, mood swings, inconsistent energy as well as recovering from the side effects of hormonal contraception. If you are not on any kind of birth control but want support to heal your periods then absolutely you are in the right place and I'd love to work with you.
100%. I use the term "the pill" as a simple way of referring to any kind of hormonal contraceptive including the implant, patch, hormonal coil & injection. My personal experience was of being on the implant for 7 years so you will definitely find my courses to be super helpful.
